"Sure," you say, "it would be great to have a piece of art to immortalize my dog or cat, but I would want it to be, you know...good."
Alright, I am up for the task!
"And if possible, I would prefer that my pet be portrayed as driving a little automobile."
Thanks to the overwhelming response from my Doggies in Jalopies series, I am now taking commissions for custom pet portraits. Portraits are priced by size and start at just $200 for a 4"x6". Remember when you took your dog to the vet and all she did was rub his stomach and shine a light in his ears? that was like $300! This portrait will last for generations! Generally, I would recommend an 11"x14" portrait (Like Karla, above) which is only $480. Of course, I can go as big as you would like.
All I need is a few photos of your dog, cat (or you tell me I suppose). If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area we can even set up a quick meet-up and photo shoot to get the reference photos just right.
All artwork is original, framed and ready to hang. Done in ink and acrylic on Claybord, the piece will feature your pet in an automobile of my choosing. Plus your pet's name will be hand-lettered as part of the artwork.
